Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive cross-functional programs, develop plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics to accelerate go-to-market and regional objectives.

This hybrid role is based in-office three days per week. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support to deliver impact, manage risks, and report

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management or project management.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Strong change management mindset and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with sales and success digital enablement.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Provide project administration and support to a team of project managers.
