Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to oversee large programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive strategic initiatives, build robust project plans, RACIs, and stakeholder maps, and deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes hybrid work with in-office presence three days weekly and requires strong collaboration across Sales, IT, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Experience with change management and strategic insight in a commercial organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with sales and success digital enablement.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs and stakeholder maps; provide admin support.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Drive governance, change impact assessments and program execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and prepare detailed status reports for executives.
