Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement group. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration across RTR, regions, and functions to deliver scalable programs that drive business impact.

Hybrid work arrangement requires in-office presence three days per week and strong governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive with strong change-management orientation and business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity and drive outcomes.
• Experience driving complex multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team, RTR, and regions.
• Develop and implement project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects with a consistent approach around governance, change impact assessment, and execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Prepare detailed reports on status, outcomes, and business impact for executive leadership.
• Advise team members on processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
