Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive strategic initiatives across go-to-market, regional and functional teams to create large-scale business impact.

This hybrid role requires creating and implementing project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, change impact assessments and success metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and clear communication to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business program management or project management.
• Proven track record coordinating across multiple groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive, with strong change-management skills and business acumen.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and deliver outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Able to distill complex concepts into clear leadership communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication across a dispersed audience.
• Experience in a commercial, partner- and customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with sales and enablement teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs and stakeholder maps.
• Provide project administration and process support to project managers.
• Foster partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Establish performance metrics and report program status to leadership.
