Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. This hybrid role combines in-office work three days per week with flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in program management, project management or related operations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Success and RTR teams.
• Strong change management mindset and business acumen.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder programs on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with sales and success enablement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, RACIs, and stakeholder maps.
• Create and maintain communication strategies, governance, and success metrics.
• Provide project administration support to a team of project managers.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Deliver detailed program status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
