Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive strategic initiatives, develop detailed project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps and success metrics to enable go-to-market and regional objectives.

The role emphasizes operational process improvements, governance, and executive-level reporting. This is a hybrid in-office role with three days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management or project management.
• Ability to manage matrixed organizations and drive clarity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs and stakeholder maps.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support.
• Drive projects within established governance and change-impact models.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies; report to leadership.
