Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Manager to drive global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role focuses on delivering cross-functional programs, aligning with RTR and regional teams, and building robust project plans, RACIs, and stakeholder maps to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.
• Strong change management and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across dispersed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives within Sales and Success Digital Enablement.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, and stakeholder maps.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Prepare detailed reports on status and business impact for leadership.
