Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to manage strategic cross-functional projects and large programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role focuses on driving go-to-market initiatives, regional alignment, and operational efficiency across the RTR teams.

The position is hybrid, with in-office work three days per week, and offers opportunities to influence program governance, metrics, and strategic outcomes across Sage’s global business.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management or related roles.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across groups.
• Strong change management and business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs across Sales and Success Digital Enablement and RTR teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communication strategies.
• Provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program status and business impact to executives.
