Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role drives go-to-market initiatives, regional alignment, and transformation work across RTR with emphasis on robust project plans, RACIs and stakeholder maps.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to drive clarity and effectiveness across groups.
• Proactive, adaptable approach to change management and business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organizational complexity with clear outcomes.
• Experience driving multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communications.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support.
• Drive projects within established governance, change impact assessment and execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Resolve issues and promote continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and report program status to leadership.
• Advise team members on processes, policies and reporting requirements.
