Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Staff Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals, to own the commodity strategy for rare earth magnets and other minerals, ensuring supply chain resilience and geopolitical risk mitigation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, run RFx processes, and partner with finance to shape interventions while navigating volatile markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing with exposure to critical minerals or downstream products.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commodity strategy for assigned critical minerals with focus on supply resilience, geopolitical risk mitigation, cost, and quality.
• Build and maintain tiered supply chain mapping from end products to raw materials and quantify BOM impact.
• Lead RFx processes across miners, refiners, and suppliers; negotiate key agreements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance management across the supply chain.
