Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals, to own the end-to-end strategy for rare earth magnets and other minerals. You will lead market intelligence, supplier relations, and should-cost modeling while coordinating with product sourcing, engineering, and finance across NPI and mass production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in commodity management or strategic sourcing with minerals exposure.
• Ability to navigate geopolitically sensitive supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Own commodity strategy for assigned critical minerals with focus on resilience and cost.
• Lead market intelligence, tiered supplier mapping, and government relationships.
• Conduct should-cost and TCO analyses; negotiate key agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional pod spanning product sourcing, engineering, and finance.
• Ensure continuity of supply through NPI to MP transitions.
