Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing.
• Experience navigating geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.
• Experience with critical minerals or their downstream products.

Responsibilities

• Own the commodity strategy for assigned critical mineral with focus on resilience, cost, and quality.
• Map tiered supply chains from end products to raw materials.
• Deliver weekly market intelligence updates on pricing and disruptions.
• Lead cross-functional pod and quarterly strategy reviews.
• Manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate key agreements.
• Manage supplier performance and continuity through NPI-to-MP transitions.
