Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Staff Global Sourcing Manager for Critical Minerals to own the end-to-end strategy for rare earth magnets and other minerals, ensuring supply continuity across NPI and MP while mitigating geopolitical risk.

You will build tiered supply chain maps, run should-cost and TCO analyses, lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate key terms, and govern supplier performance with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in commodity management or strategic sourcing with exposure to critical minerals or related downstream products.
• Experience navigating geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own the commodity strategy for assigned critical minerals with focus on resilience and cost.
• Build tiered supply chain maps from end products to raw materials and quantify BOM impact.
• Deliver market intelligence and weekly updates on pricing and disruptions.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes with miners, refiners, and processors.
• Perform should-cost and TCO analyses and negotiate key agreements.
• Manage supplier performance and continuity through NPI to MP transitions.
• Collaborate with DoD, DPA Title III, DLA, and DOE as needed.
