Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing.
• Experience with critical minerals and their downstream products.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including international travel.

• Own the commodity strategy for assigned critical minerals.
• Build and maintain tiered supply chain mapping.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate key agreements.
• Manage supplier performance focusing on delivery and quality.
