Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager for Critical Minerals to secure rare earth magnets and other critical materials. You will own the end-to-end global mandate, including market intel, supply chain mapping, supplier relationships, and stockpiling strategy to support NPI and MP stages.

You will lead cross-functional pods, perform should-cost analyses, and negotiate strategic agreements with miners, refiners, and government partners, ensuring resilience and cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field.
• Experience navigating geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own the commodity strategy for assigned critical mineral with focus on resilience, risk mitigation, cost, and quality.
• Build tiered supply chain mapping from end products to raw material and quantify BOM impact.
• Maintain market intelligence and provide weekly pricing and geopolitical updates.
• Lead cross-functional pods and conduct executive briefings on market conditions and mitigation plans.
• Lead sourcing execution: RFx processes, should-cost analysis, and negotiate key agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships with US/ally government bodies and industry associations.
• Drive cross-functional leadership across product sourcing, engineering, and finance.
