Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals, to own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for rare earth magnets and related minerals. You will map multi-tier supply chains, manage supplier relationships, and drive negotiations to secure resilient, cost-effective supply for NPI and mass production.

The role requires 5+ years in commodity management, strong market intelligence, and the ability to travel up to 50% including international mine and refinery visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing with direct exposure to critical minerals or their downstream products.
• Experience navigating concentrated, geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel.
• Relocation onsite to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Responsabilités

• Own the commodity strategy for assigned critical minerals with focus on supply chain resilience, geopolitical risk mitigation, cost, and quality.
• Build and maintain tiered supply chain mapping from end products to raw material; quantify BOM impact.
• Maintain expert-level market intelligence and deliver weekly pricing, disruption, and signal updates.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes across miners, refiners, processors, and suppliers; manage negotiations.
• Evaluate strategic interventions (stockpiling, prepayments, JVs, equity investments) with CorpDev/Finance.
• Lead cross-functional pod and partner with Engineering to qualify alternates and influence specs.
