Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing for minerals or related downstream products.
• Demonstrated experience navigating concentrated, geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilités

• Own the commodity strategy for your assigned critical mineral with focus on supply chain resilience, cost, and quality.
• Build and maintain tiered supply chain mapping from end products to raw material; quantify BOM impact.
• Maintain market intelligence and deliver weekly updates on pricing, disruptions, and geopolitical signals.
• Lead cross-functional pod meetings, strategy reviews, and executive briefings on market conditions and mitigation plans.
• Perform should-cost and TCO analyses; negotiate key agreements (offtake, pricing, capacity, terms).
• Build supplier relationships with miners, refiners, and government bodies; represent Anduril externally.
