Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Raw Materials & Energetics Strategic Supply Chain to own sourcing end-to-end and lead a high-performing team across global sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in raw materials/energetics strategic sourcing.
• 5+ years building and scaling procurement teams.
• Experience negotiating enterprise-level agreements for minerals, magnets, and energetic systems.
• Proven ability to manage supplier lifecycles and multi-million-dollar agreements.
• Deep understanding of NPI workflows and scaling to high-rate production.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year global sourcing strategies for critical raw materials, strategic minerals, rare earth elements/magnets, and energetic formulations.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across multiple global sites.
• Drive deep sub-tier supplier visibility to preempt bottlenecks and manage risks (export controls, single-source dependencies).
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, development and LTAs, and complex SOWs, optimizing pricing, IP protection, and terms.
• Drill down through multi-tier value chains to identify bottlenecks and implement end-to-end resolutions.
