Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to shape technical opportunity strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.

You will lead technical discovery, translate complex customer needs into end-to-end Arctera architectures, and orchestrate architecture workshops,

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise technology roles.
Experience leading complex global SaaS sales cycles.
Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions.
Strong knowledge of cloud/hybrid architectures and integrations.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and win for Net New opportunities.
Partner with AEs to align technical strategies with business goals.
Lead tech discovery covering objectives, data landscape, security, and integrations.
Translate requirements into end-to-end Arctera architectures.
Lead architecture workshops and executive-level technical discussions.
Define strategies to achieve technical win criteria.
Own POCs, trials, demos, and evaluations with Solutions Specialists.
Direct and coordinate Solutions Specialists by product/domain needs.
Mitigate technical, security, and migration risks early.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and evaluations.
Engage with senior stakeholders across tech, security, legal, risk.
Develop global reference architectures and best practices.
Mentor and enable Solutions Specialists.
Ensure handoff to post-sales teams after contract execution.
Contribute to Net New ARR by improving win rates.
