Zusammenfassung

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.

You will lead architecture workshops, run technical deep dives, and coordinate Solutions Specialists to design end-to-end Arctera solution architectures with a strong focus on business outcomes and regulatory considerations.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in enterprise technology roles with senior customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net-new customer acquisition.
• Architect multi-product enterprise solutions, not just single products.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures, APIs, IAM, security, and data management.
• Experience with Azure/Microsoft 365 and enterprise data environments is highly desirable.
• Understanding of information governance, archiving, eDiscovery, compliance, data protection and investigations.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (Compliance, FinTech, RegTech) and stakeholder engagement.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic opportunities across markets.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive discussions with customers.
• Define POCs, trials, demonstrations, and evaluations; coordinate Solutions Specialists.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.
• Develop reference architectures and playbooks reusable by the pre-sales org.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement to customer-facing engineers.
• Identify risks early and craft mitigation strategies; support RFP/RFI responses.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Security, and Compliance.
• Support partner-led opportunities and address strategic product questions with Product/Engineering.
• Drive Net New ARR growth by improving win rates and progressing opportunities.
