Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a Global Key Account Director to lead the global snacking account strategy, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver growth and sustainable packaging solutions. You will own the Joint Business Plan, working with senior leaders across Amcor and the account.

Lead strategy across regions, drive portfolio transformation, and build strong customer partnerships with a focus on profitability and value creation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects, across multiple regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen with ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across diverse functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy for the global snacking account.
• Drive 3–5 year Joint Business Plan with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional and business unit leaders to align strategies and budgets.
• Represent One Amcor and connect capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids.
• Build and manage a robust growth pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong customer partnerships and regular executive engagement.
• Deliver commercial results with targets and visibility to leadership.
