Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead a major snacking account, driving strategy, growth, and value across regions. You will align regional leaders with the Joint Business Plan and work with R&D, Sustainability, Operations, and Sales to deliver profitable, sustainable packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or related roles.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across regions.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own global account strategy and Joint Business Plan for the snacking account.
• Lead the 3–5 year Joint Business Plan with regional and business-unit leaders.
• Build strong customer partnerships and align cross-functional teams.
• Deliver commercial results by setting targets and monitoring performance against plans.
• Represent One Amcor and connect capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids.
