Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a senior Global Key Account Director to strengthen and grow the global snacking account. You will lead a cross-functional team across Amcor to deliver growth, simplify the portfolio, and drive sustainable packaging solutions.

You will own the Joint Business Plan, align regional strategies, and build a durable growth pipeline while partnering with R&D, Sustainability, and Operations to maximize value for both Amcor and the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects, preferably across multiple regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills across different functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall account strategy and Joint Business Plan for the global snacking account.
• Lead the execution of the 3 to 5-year Joint Business Plan with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional leaders to align account strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to bring best solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow Amcor’s share of business across regions and product lines.
• Build and manage a strong growth pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Lead strategic customer meetings and maintain engagement with key decision-makers.
• Deliver commercial results with targets for sales, growth, and margin.
