Amcor Limited is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead a major global snacking account. You will own the overall strategy, Joint Business Plan, and cross-functional execution with R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing to drive profitable growth.

You will build strong customer relationships, transform packaging portfolios, and deliver measurable commercial results across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or complex manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Own the global account strategy and Joint Business Plan for the snacking account.
• Lead 3-5 year plans and translate goals into priorities, projects, and outcomes.
• Align account strategies with regional leaders and business units.
• Represent One Amcor across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids for account value.
• Identify opportunities to grow share and transform the portfolio.
• Build and manage a strong growth pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain senior leadership updates on account performance and progress.
