• Lead the 3–5 year Joint Business Plan with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional and business-unit leaders to align strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor and connect capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to the account.
• Identify opportunities to grow Amcor's share of business across regions and product groups.
• Manage portfolio transformation focusing on innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Build a strong pipeline of growth opportunities and move projects to execution.
