Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead a flagship snacking account. You will own account strategy, Joint Business Plans, and cross-functional execution across R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing.

The role requires building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering profitable growth across regions while advancing sustainable packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or a complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer value and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and own the overall strategy, relationships, and performance.
• Drive 3–5 year Joint Business Plan; translate goals into priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align account strategies, budgets, and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor across functions to deliver best solutions for the account.
• Build a strong growth pipeline and develop business cases to move projects to execution.
• Lead strategic customer meetings and maintain regular engagement with decision-makers.
• Deliver commercial results by setting targets and monitoring performance against them.
