Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a Global Key Account Director to lead a senior commercial partnership with a global snacking account. You will own the overall account strategy, Joint Business Plan, and commercial performance across regions, working with senior leaders and multiple Amcor teams.

You will drive growth, portfolio transformation, and value creation while building strong client relationships and delivering profitable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects, preferably across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global account strategy and Joint Business Plan.
• Lead the execution of a 3–5 year Joint Business Plan with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional and business-unit leaders to align account strategies and budgets.
• Represent One Amcor and connect capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of growth opportunities with cross-functional teams.
