You will expand partnerships with Financial Institutions and external sales groups while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive merchant services solutions.

• 10+ years in the payment industry and related sales leadership roles.
• Experience with distribution partners such as associations, franchisees, and FI groups.
• Strong knowledge of merchant services products and commercial terms.
• Experience negotiating referral-type agreements and complex partnership models.
• Executive presence with clear, persuasive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an existing distribution partner business.
• Align with FIG sales to explore partnership opportunities.
• Self-source new partnership opportunities via networking and events.
• Conduct needs assessments for partners aligned to business priorities.
• Identify merchant services solutions that add value and drive revenue.
• Engage Product and cross-Merchant Services to deliver solutions.
• Review product roadmap and support partner-focused initiatives.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, and deals to achieve results.
