Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a customer success-focused professional to lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and AI SDR Agent for a high-volume SMB book.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will guide technical solution design, AI-driven engagement experiences, and data governance while serving as a trusted advisor to maximize platform value and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Hands-on with AI tools and AI agents/workflows beyond job rules.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Passion for making customers successful with software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and AI SDR Agent.
• Manage a high-volume SMB account book using AI-assisted workflows to scale delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement Qualified solutions integrating with Salesforce, marketing automation, routing, and GTM systems.
• Guide configuration of AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, segmentation, and AI goals.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects and RevOps to establish scalable data models and governance.
• Drive enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing and pipeline acceleration skills.
• Analyze engagement, conversion, pipeline impact, and adoption trends to inform strategy.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions with stakeholders to show business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to surface feedback and improve outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and time-to-pipeline.
• Support expansion and renewal conversations for deeper platform adoption.
• Stay at the forefront of AI go-to-market innovation.
