Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success professional to guide SMB and mid‑market customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and AI SDR Agent.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies and deliver measurable business impact, leveraging SalesforceCRM and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Hands‑on with AI tools and agents beyond job requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform for SMB and mid‑market customers.
• Manage a high‑volume book of SMB accounts with AI‑assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipelines.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Guide customers through AI‑driven engagement experiences across web and email.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs and AI goals.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects and IT to establish scalable data models and governance.
• Educate teams on agentic marketing strategies and pipeline acceleration.
• Deliver strategic recommendations after analyzing engagement and conversion metrics.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions to demonstrate business impact.
