Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform
• Manage a higher-volume SMB book, leveraging AI workflows to scale delivery
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, IT to design scalable inbound strategies
• Architect and implement solutions integrating with Salesforce and GTM systems
• Guide configuration and optimization of AI-powered buyer engagement
• Translate business objectives into technical designs and AI goals
• Consult with enterprise teams to establish data models, governance, and best practices
• Drive enablement by teaching agentic marketing strategies and pipeline acceleration
• Analyze engagement and pipeline trends to deliver strategic recommendations
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions with stakeholders
• Surface customer feedback to product teams to improve outcomes
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and time-to-pipeline
• Support renewal conversations by expanding platform adoption
• Stay at the forefront of AI-driven go-to-market innovation
