Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• Bachelor’s degree appears in the qualifications.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement solutions integrating with Salesforce, marketing tools, routing workflows, and GTM systems.
• Guide configuration and optimization of AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, and AI SDR goals.
• Advise on scalable data models, integrations, governance, and best practices.
• Drive enablement with training on agentic marketing, AI SDR operations, and pipeline optimization.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline metrics to guide optimization plans.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions with stakeholders to show business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to capture feedback and improve outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and accelerate time-to-pipeline.
