Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Qualified Success Architect to own onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers. You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipelines and architect integrated solutions with Salesforce and GTM systems.

You will guide AI‑driven engagement, translate business goals into technical designs, and drive adoption, governance, and optimization across web and email channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mid‑market or Enterprise software experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform and AI agents.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipelines.
• Architect solutions integrating Salesforce, marketing automation, routing, and GTM systems.
• Guide configuration of AI‑powered buyer engagement across web and email.
• Translate business objectives into technical solution designs and AI goals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and RevOps for scalable data models and governance.
• Educate teams on agentic marketing strategies and pipeline acceleration best practices.
• Analyze engagement, conversion, and pipeline trends to drive optimization.
• Conduct ESRs and strategic roadmap discussions with stakeholders.
• Surface customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing for improvements.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and time-to-pipeline.
• Support expansion and renewal opportunities with deeper adoption.
• Stay ahead of AI‑driven go‑to‑market innovation.
