Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success professional to lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper AI SDR Agent for SMB/Mid Market accounts in Atlanta.

You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable AI-driven engagement strategies, translate business objectives into technical designs, and drive adoption and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Conversant with AI tools and agent workflows beyond normal requirements.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume book of business with scalable tooling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SaaS applications.
• Willingness to work in a startup environment with multiple roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent.
• Manage a high-volume SMB account book, scaling delivery with AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement integrated solutions with Salesforce, marketing platforms, routing workflows, and GTM systems.
• Guide customers in configuring AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, and qualification logic for AI SDR goals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and IT to establish scalable data models, integrations, and governance.
• Drive customer enablement, education on agentic marketing strategies and pipeline optimization.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline metrics to provide strategic optimization recommendations.
