Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Success Architect / Sr. Success Architect to own onboarding and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies and implement solutions that deeply integrate with Salesforce and GTM systems. You will guide teams through AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email, translating business goals into technical designs and strategies,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce, marketing platforms, and GTM systems.
• Guide customers in configuring AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, segmentation, and AI goals.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects and RevOps to establish scalable data models and governance.
