Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Success Architect to own onboarding and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers. You will work with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies and integrate deeply with Salesforce and GTM systems.

You will guide AI-powered buyer engagement experiences and translate business objectives into practical technical designs, driving adoption and measurable outcomes across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• You possess a bachelor's degree.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper AI SDR Agent.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce, marketing automation, routing workflows, and GTM systems.
• Guide configurations and optimization of AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email channels.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, segmentation, and AI goals.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects and RevOps to establish scalable data models, integrations, and governance.
• Drive customer enablement and pipeline acceleration best practices.
