Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Qualified Success Architect to own onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipelines and AI-driven buyer interactions.

You will translate business objectives into technical designs, guide data models and integrations, and drive adoption while delivering ESRs and strategic roadmaps that align with customer growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree and passion for customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Platform for customers.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable pipelines.
• Architect and implement integrated solutions with Salesforce, marketing tools, and GTM systems.
• Guide customers through AI-powered engagement experiences across web and email.
• Translate business objectives into technical solution designs and AI goals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and RevOps to ensure scalable data models and governance.
• Drive enablement and best practices for agentic marketing and pipeline acceleration.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline metrics to deliver optimization plans.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions with stakeholders to demonstrate business impact.
• Surface feedback to Product/Engineering to improve outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize platform value and renewals.
