Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced customer success professional to drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform. You will manage a high-volume SMB portfolio using AI-assisted workflows and partner across Marketing, Sales, RevOps and IT to design scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Nimble, hands-on with AI tools and self-built AI agents/workflows.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume book of business.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge of web/scripting tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving to meet business requirements with tech solutions.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced startup with multiple roles.
• Bachelor's degree held.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform.
• Manage a high-volume SMB account book using AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, IT to design scalable pipelines.
• Architect solutions integrating Salesforce, marketing automation, GTM.
• Guide configuration of AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, and AI goals.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects and RevOps for scalable data models.
• Drive enablement with education on agentic marketing strategies.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline trends to deliver optimization plans.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions with stakeholders.
