Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics supporting a growing global service organization. The role partners across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that improve performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or information systems field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service-operations tech.
• Experience supporting field service or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Proven design of integrations, data flows, dashboards, and automation.
• Experience delivering KPI frameworks and decision-support analytics.
• Understanding of data governance and master data management practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, C#, HTML or similar.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across multiple orgs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to improve global service processes, standards, and practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Develop and optimize integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Create a master data strategy ensuring governance and data accessibility.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Develop Power BI and Tableau reporting for actionable insights.
• Create data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to align objectives.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements and innovations.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting methodologies.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Shape the future of the Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics function.
