Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our rapidly growing global service organization.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and service operations, partnering across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance, operational excellence, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field/service operations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Designing system integrations, APIs, data flows, and automation.
• Dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions for decision making.
• Data governance, master data management, and data quality.
• SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, C#, HTML or similar.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Service, IT, Finance, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and enhance integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven insights.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reports to deliver operational insights.
• Create data flows, automations, and BI reporting structures.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, and Field Service.
• Provide technical guidance to IT and development teams.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting methodologies.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
