Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead global service systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support a rapidly growing service organization.

The role partners across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to drive business performance and customer success while modeling the company leadership behaviors: integrity, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service-operations tech.
Experience supporting field/service operations and customer-facing teams.
Expertise with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
Proven ability to design integrations, data flows, and automation.

Responsibilities

Define and improve global service processes, standards, and best practices.
Translate needs into scalable system requirements and tech solutions.
Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms.
Build and optimize dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
Develop BI reporting using Power BI and Tableau to deliver insights.
