Job summary
Repligen is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our rapidly growing global service organization.
Reporting to the VP, Service, this role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and service operations, partnering across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance, operational excellence,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service tech.
- Experience supporting field/service operations and customer-facing service.
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and improve global service processes and standards.
- Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
- Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems globally.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions.
- Create data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
