Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, and service operations tech.
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, customer support, or equipment-based services.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Proven ability to design integrations, APIs, data flows, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define and improve global service processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy ensuring governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau and related tools.
• Develop data flows and automated reporting across sources.
• Collaborate with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, Field Service.
• Provide technical guidance to IT and development teams for enhancements.
