Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our global service team. You’ll partner with Service, IT, Finance, Quality and Field Service to scale solutions that elevate business performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience supporting field/service operations and customer support.
• Proven ability to design integrations and automate workflows.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and MD concepts.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI/Tableau and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define and improve global service processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP and other apps.
• Develop and implement a service master data strategy and governance.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI/Tableau reports and related analytics outputs.
• Develop data flows and reporting structures across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Quality and Field Service to align objectives.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and operational excellence.
• Develop training materials and user support programs.
• Evaluate new analytics technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
