Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service tech.

• Designing integrations, data flows, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong data governance and master data management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service processes and standards.
• Translate needs into scalable system requirements.
• Design and optimize service systems and infrastructure at global scale.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy with governance.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reports for insights.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams.
• Promote global process adoption and excellence.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
