Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our global service organization. This role partners across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to drive business performance and customer success.

Reporting to the VP, Service, the role will shape global processes, manage data governance, develop dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, customer support, or equipment-based service organizations.
• Proven experience designing system integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting frameworks, and business process automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define, document, and improve global service processes and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, internally developed apps, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and execute a service master data strategy ensuring data integrity and accessibility across systems.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks enabling data-driven decision making.
