Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics across a growing global service organization. You will partner with Service, IT, Finance and Quality to build scalable solutions that drive performance and customer success.

Role emphasizes leadership behaviors and collaboration, with focus on data-driven decisions, dashboards, and reporting across Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, or customer support.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Designing system integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting frameworks, and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for operational/strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, governance, and data quality.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, C#, HTML.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define and improve global service processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, internal apps, and reporting platforms.
• Develop a service master data strategy ensuring governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data‑driven decision making.
