Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our growing global service organization. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive performance, excellence, and customer success.

This role requires strong leadership, data governance, and expertise in Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related fields.
Experience supporting field/service operations.
Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

Define and improve global service business processes, standards, and best practices.
Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize global service systems and infrastructure.
Develop and manage data master strategies ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Create dashboards and KPI frameworks to enable data-driven decisions.
