Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our global service organization. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Proven experience designing system integrations, data flows, reporting frameworks, and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and improve global service business processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, reporting platforms, and other systems.
