Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead global service data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that enable scalable, data‑driven decisions across the organization.

You will partner with Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to design systems, implement dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, govern master data, and drive continuous improvement while modeling our Leadership Behaviors—Integrity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service tech.
• Experience supporting field/service operations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven design of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Track record of dashboards and analytics to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality.
• Proficiency with SQL, scripting, and automation tools.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design, configuration, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure.
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and internal apps.
• Develop and govern a service master data strategy across systems.
• Create dashboards and KPI frameworks for data‑driven decision making.
• Develop Power BI, Tableau reports and visualizations for insights.
• Create data flows, queries, and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to align systems with business objectives.
• Guide IT and development teams with technical context and priorities.
• Drive adoption of global processes and reporting methodologies.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for adoption.
• Evaluate emerging analytics capabilities and opportunities for innovation.
